For 20 points...
One sixth of Honduras’s population was made homeless. Searching for family member and friends became difficult and emotional for many Hondurans. Agriculture, irrigation and the infrastructure were damaged and estimated to have set back development for 30 years. Producing money to help the country would be hard because much of the land is destroyed, so growing crops would not be easy for Hondurans.
